It took some time for me to restore the missing blog posts, and unfortunately comments at least have been lost. I appreciated if you could repost your comments. I am sorry about that. Well this is my first time played with MySQL and myphpAdmin.
myphpAdmin were not exported images from the backup, I’ll fix them later.
What can I say, the painful lesson learn..
Backup your database regularly, and always before an upgrade.
